The target of BPM is the integration and alignment of everything in a company and then making every aspect work so that the customers are served and given the kind of products and service that they deserve. You and other people do not want to be sold but want to buy, and thus, building a good relationship with the customers is essential. Studies show that there are a lot of reasons why people don’t continue doing business with you: because they have new needs, they are unhappy with the pricing of the product, they are unhappy with the product itself, or they are happy about how they were treated. Most of the time, administration focuses on the second reason so they lower the price of their products and let each person know it so they may able to keep customers, however, the biggest reason why customers leave is that they are unhappy with the way they were treated. Pricing is just a portion of a whole list of things like positivity of the employees and their capacity to assist clients, quality of the products, information, service and brand uniqueness; these stuffs and many others make the clients stick with you. It is important that in starting your business process management you have to involve everything so that the complete process is documented. The four basic steps to business process management are modeling, automation, management, and optimization; once you have tried and tested the processes and then deployed them, and then lastly they need to be reviewed. Managing the process is really very easy to do when you work on the features that are built in on the business process management software.
