Being a demanding customer myself
The corporate world used to be my scene a few years back, and one of the things that I do was to make sure that the customer experience is not compromised in the business dealings we have had with our loyal customers, so what we usually did was having a customer survey which often encouraged our agents to do their best in making sure that customer satisfaction is provided every time. Years of experience in the corporate world has taught me that providing customer satisfaction is an essential key to a successful business because this is the only way for the businessman to keep earning money from the customers, and this is also something that would make the customers keep coming back for more. Being a demanding customer myself, one of the things that I look for in a company that I deal with is the satisfaction that they are providing me through their service, and this does not only make me loyal to them, this makes me bring them to other people because I also want other people to experience the satisfaction that I have experienced. I have been loyal to my auto insurance company ever since my first vehicle, and I am staying with them not just because they are providing me a premium that is reasonable, but that they always make sure that my needs as a customer is taken care of, and they make sure that I am not having any troubles whatsoever when it comes to my vehicles. I may have heard this from my previous boss, and it goes like take good care of the customers so that the customers will take care of the business, and I know this may sound like a phrase out from a billboard somewhere, but this saying has more wisdom than you can imagine.
